INSTANCE RULES

 1. Be on time
Simple, when you sign up for a raid you’re expected to be at the instance, ready to go, before the first pull! If you do signup but will be delayed then make sure you inform your class officer via in-game methods or via the forums.

2. Repair

Again simple, make sure all of your equipment is at 100% durability when you come to a raid, its unfair to expect people to wait around while you go to a city to get your equipment repaired.

3. Download the mother@#%&ing Add-ons

We don’t have a huge number of add-ons that we’d like you to have, but we do expect you to download and install them if you want to raid with us. The add-ons you'll need can be found in the download section of the site.

4. Please, listen to us
Nothing to say about that, listen to the Raid leaders. If we say go back, we mean go back, if we say (spam would be more appropriate) stop dps we mean stop dps. The reason we use voice communications is so that everyone knows exactly what their meant to be doing. When you’re told to does something over vent treat it as an order, not a suggestion. This might seem a little harsh in some ways but the raid leaders know what their doing and are trying to make sure the raid goes well.

5. Use the appropriate chat

Raid channel should only be used by Leaders and Officers. If there's a drop, only the concerned class and the DKP Master should talk in the raid chat. Class chat is very useful, use it! If you don't know what to do, ask it in this chat, if nobody can answer, pm someone who knows it. If you need a buff, pm the needed class. We don't have any problem if you use /s to communicate with each other. The raid channel should only be used for raid info’s and things like that. People who answer questions asked in TS should also write in raid channel.

6. Use the forum
This is the best solution to clear some problems. Questions will be answered asap, if you have ideas, they are welcome. Also try to convince other guild members to visit it.

7. Don't give up
Its so very easy to give up, especially when were having “one of those nights” but try not to get too frustrated and help everyone push on. Raiding can be annoying on occasion and at some point everyone just feels like giving up for the night and doing something else. It’s important that you don’t let this feeling wash over you, if you do find yourself getting all “wound up” request as small afk so you can go and cool down.

8. Notify AFK
If you have to go afk, please tell your class officer or the raid leaders where you go and when you're coming back. Put a /afk message, so that everyone knows when you're back. I.e. /afk Dinner back at 19.30. Also follow someone so you don't get killed by a respawn.

9. Respect each other

If someone makes a mistake, do not blame him, this can happen. Especially do not start writing things in the chat we can start arguments; this is very much frowned upon and will not be tolerated.

10. Don’t raid with other guilds
As you’re in Immortal you’ve made a commitment to the guild, which includes the fact that you should only raid with out guild, unless you have permission from your class officer of higher.

The most important part of this game is that everyone has FUN!!!

Remember, this is still only a game and there is no point letting it frustrate you and spoil your mood.

As members of Immortal you are expected to follow the motto “Be Excellent to Each Other” all of the time. This guild is unique in that it has a great atmosphere full of people with differing aims in the game, but also raids at a high-end level. We officers and leaders would like to make sure it stays this way, so if anything or anyone is bothering you, let one of us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.
